I’ve applied for an MBA and also MSC in Information Security. I have the urge to pursue something new like an MBA but at the same time I like what I’m doing now and want to dive deeper into information security so that I could become a subject matter expert on Information Security. On the other hand, I could just do self learning and get IT security certified and become a subject matter expert at a shorter time and at much lesser cost. Whereas an MBA there is no other route (ahh too much networking jargon) that I can take but paying the expensive tuition fees, slogging it out with business and financial books for one and a half to two years. Classes starts in September after the Raya. Eager to back to the books. Wish me good luck…. cheers.
